Job Description
Job Title: Greenlight Expert – Customer Service
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 3 months, with intent to extend
Pay Rate: £12.02p/h
Location: B6, Birmingham
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm
One of our Tech Giants are looking for brand new Experts to help build their hub, a new in-person location for company drivers!
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking to build a team of rock stars. We need people with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who don't shy away from in-person interactions. The hub is used to support and educate our company partners as they grow their business of being a driver. You'll be expected to help onboard new driver partners, provide exceptional support, and quickly adapt in an ever-growing business. Working with us is a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Operations team and deep dive into our day-to-day-operations.
-You have retail or customer service experience and are an effective communicator with the ability to interact with partners.
-You have a passion for helping and empowering others, and are good at quickly and efficiently troubleshooting problems. And if you don't know the answer, you know where to look and who to ask.
-You are personable, highly organised and a patient teacher.
-You are self-motivated and a great team player.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Deliver 5-star, in-person support for our partners.
-Walk new drivers through onboarding and all the tools to be successful drivers.
-Resolve driver issues and questions.
-Help brand our company name and get drivers excited.
-Stay on top of processes and tools.
-Work with the Driver Operations team to streamline procedures.
This is a temporary, contract role with the potential for extension.
