Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with an established property firm based in the heart of London. They are currently recruiting for an Accountant (qualified or studying towards ACA/ACCA) to join their team.
Responsibilities of the Accountant will include:
* Bookkeeping duties
* Preparation of the quarterly reports
* Preparation of various accounts
* Liaising with stakeholders
* Staff expenses and P&L
* Preparation of annual budgets
* Accounts payable and receivable
* Provide bank reconciliations and cash forecasts
* Assist with tax returns
* Assist with some administrative duties
Competencies required of the Accountant include:
* Strong understanding of accounting for management reporting purposes
* Undergraduate degree
* Experience in a similar role
