About the Role
Lotus are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our finance team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role will be based at our site in Hethel, and the role will be responsible for ensuring that all Accounts Administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Process invoices with accuracy and on a timely basis
* Resolve supplier account queries
* Reconciliation of ledger to supplier statements
* Raise supplier payment proposals
* Raise supplier debit notes and debit note cancellations
* Ensure system accurately reflects all payments made
* Support employee expense claims
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Previous administration experience
* Experience using Microsoft Office to a high standard, including excel
* Excellent organisation skills
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* High levels of attention to detail
* Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team
* Able to think outside of the box to solve problems
Desirable:
* Previous finance administration experience
* Financial qualifications i.e. AAT
* Experience working with ERP systems
