Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Assistant – Orders

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on experience

Job type: Full Time, Permanent

Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.

Now, we are gearing up to shake the electronic and health and beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different and exciting products, and that is just the beginning.

The Role:

Key Duties:

Ensure all sales orders are processed on time with the relevant documentation and in line with policies
Checking stock quantities to ensure orders can be filled
Liaise with Sales & Logistics departments to resolve any issues
Credit control – chasing as and when required, via telephone, statements through to legal proceedings if required to do so
Providing weekly reports on sales and profit margins
Provide support to payments team as required
Admin duties, including printing, filing

About you:

2-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Sage50 and / or Sage 200 & Linnworks platform (desirable)
Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
