We are looking for an Administrator to join our Chequers division based our Croydon office. As  Administrator you will provide both clerical and administrative support to the operational team including the coordination and implementation of office procedures.  Are you a strong administrator who can show enthusiasm to learn and progress? You’ll be:

Managing workflow of tasks including raising and closing of jobs, keeping site details up to date and identify, track and optimize relevant customer KPI’s
Commercial administration tasks including, issuing quotations, raising purchase orders, invoicing and stock ordering
Administrative support for the management team
Production of reporting as required, internal and external (client-facing).
Liaison with clients, residents, and contractors as and when required and ensuring we maintain good client relations.You’ll have:

Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining relationships.
Strong administration and IT skills
Effective communicator with a good understanding and speaking of English.
Effective and efficient time management of self and duties.
Ability to record information accurately and pay attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment independently or as part of a team
Excellent time management skills and methodical approach to work.
