£38,000 – £40,000
Role Profile
Cast UK are working exclusively with one of our exciting partners, who are a fast-paced, established logistics organisation servicing one of the world's fastest growing businesses.
This exciting role requires a candidate who can demonstrate a natural flare for leadership, alongside a proven track record of delivering results. Managing within a fast paced, competitive environment, you will oversee the Warehouse & Logistics operations within the depot and ensure the company's high standards are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day warehouse shift management by implementing a clear operational plan to put the customer first.
Actively report and suggest measures to improve business objectives to help reduce cost and report safety incidents.
Investigate any service or operational failure and ensure they are reported and prevented in the future.
Lead your team in terms of best practise and encourage a safe working environment.
Quickly and efficiently record and report any safety incidents.Requirements
Proven background in a Warehouse supervisory role
Experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment, preferably 3PL and within the food industry
Exceptional leadership skills and the desire to grow and strengthen the wider team
Good understanding of performance statistics
Team player & highly effective communicator
Remuneration
£38,000 – £40,000
