Job Description
Due to their ever-growing pipeline, A highly successful Main-Contractor with a portfolio of New Build developments for Private Ownerships, Shared Ownerships, multi-storey towers, and more are looking for an eager Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their West London based team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be expected to immediately help with an upcoming scheme at the end September for a Design and Construction of a 6 and 7 storey apartment blocks; these two blocks include 110 Private for Sale and Affordable units.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will report to the Managing Quantity Surveyor of the West London office and will be expected to bring a strong work-ethic to this £30m+ project
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
12+ months Quantity Surveying experience
HNC/HND Qualification
Experience with a Main Contractor preferrable
Experience in Residential projects preferrable
Motivated and inspired individual
Desire to learn and a 'can-do' approach to work
Full valid UK driving license
Willing to commute across LondonIn return?
£30,000 – £40,000
