Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 from home Are you an experienced Project Implementation Manager looking for a years' contract? Are you keen to join a dynamic and successful organisation? This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your skills within a true project management role. 

Working within the Customer Success team, you will project manage delivery of client onboardings to achieve key milestones for Enterprise accounts. You will be scoping client requirements and designing project plans in consultation with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for the client until implementation of these programmes are complete. You will also check progress and gather updates from internal teams in order to ensure the client programme runs to agreed timelines until launch date. As an experienced Project Manager, you will have experience in a client-facing environment, within large B2B key accounts. 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Management of project scope, timeline, resources and budget
Accountability for assigned tasks/deliverables
The ability to listen and guide clients to decisions
Solution specifications are accurate and executed to client expectations
Clear, concise and professional communication skills
Effective presentation and facilitation skills
Anticipation of potential questions/roadblocks/risks
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
