Band Saw Operator – Nights
Minworth
£26,000 plus £5,200 night shift allowance
Sunday to Wednesday – 21:30 to 08:00
My client is well-established metal distributor located in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for full time work and to grow in a role which is challenging but a brilliant workplace environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Pick material from stock using FLT (Material is Aluminium and Steel bar)
* Feed Machine with material picked
* Set machine for required cutting size and set running
* Monitor cutting for adherence to tolerance
* Pack completed order
* Completion of associated paperwork
* Changing saw blades as required
* Ad hoc warehouse duties
Requirements
* Experience of Band Saw or CNC Machine
It would be advantageous to have:
* Metal/Stockholding experience
