My client are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their exciting business in Gloucester. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with sound/video knowlege looking to work in the industry.

THE ROLE:
Communicate with customers over the phone and by email.
Providing information regarding sound / audio equipment.
Responding to customer queries.
Taking payments.
Handling customer returns.
Handling orders.
Uploading information onto the system.
THE CANDIDATE:
Basic audio / sound knowledge is preferred.
Strong customer service
Great telephone manner.
Excellent IT skills.
Ability to balance multiple tasks.
Teamwork.
A sense of humour!
