Job Description

Salary: £55000
Shift: Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday
Synergi is recruiting an Automation Engineer to join a leading FMCG company in Luton. This is an opportunity to join a well-known Food Manufacturer in the UK. The successful Automation Engineer would be joining the team on a Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday shift pattern. This is an ideal position for any Automation Engineer with a proactive approach to work as well as a strong teamwork ethic.
As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated machines and software for the manufacturing processes for making and developing products. Automation Engineers aim to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
The role:
-As Automation Engineer you will be collaborating with engineers with different skillsets (Maintenance and Multi-Skilled Engineers)
-Design and develop automated machines and software
-Improving productivity and cost efficiency
-Delivering results to maintain product quality and adhere to company protocols and industry regulations

– PLC Modifying and Programming with Allen Bradley
– Good troubleshooting Ability
– Great Data Management skills
