Bid Manager – Construction Job in Leeds, West Yorkshire
Job Description
We are working with an industry renowned Architecture practice who are looking to add to their established work winning team with the recruitment of a Bid Manager.
The Role:
* Managing all bids / proposal opportunities
* Managing bids / proposals production and evaluation process
* Development and implementation of internal procedures, governance and processes
* Review all bid requirements and contract templates, identifying, negotiating and/or managing commercial and legal risks
* Contributing to the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation
* Coordinating bid resources with internal partners
* Liaison with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
Experience:
* Proven capability in delivering high quality proposals,
* Experience of independently managing complex, multi-workstream opportunities
* Sound commercial understanding
* Construction sector experience preferred but not essential
* Exceptional Timekeeping
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and InDesign essential
* Good written English and technical writing experience
* Ability to review and improve written bid submissions
