Business Analyst
6 months (potential for extension)
London (hybrid working – Wednesday office)
My high-profile banking client is currently recruiting for a business analyst to work on an initial 6-month contract based in London. Only 1 day per week (Wednesday) is required in the office, so if the right candidate can commute into the London office at least once per week, it doesn't matter too much where they are based.
An exciting opportunity has come for a Business Analyst with a passion for customer outcomes to work within our team.
Job Purpose
Support the Project Manager to understand business problems, critically evaluating business ideas from a customer and a commercial point of view. Identify underlying business needs to be addressed, challenge existing practices and ensure requirements will address the defined business problem

· Experience (preferred) of working within an agile project team, contributing to the delivery through ownership of specific tasks
Duties and responsibilities
· Lead workshops
· Define requirements
· Undertake detailed analysis of existing Commercial servicing business process with a view to driving towards a full straight through processing servicing solution
· Define epics and user stories
· Engagement with senior stakeholders
· Support/execute testing to validate requirements have been satisfied
· Integral part of feature team working directly with engineers
