Page Group has an exciting opportunity available in Derby for a Data Governance Manager to guide a newly created Data Governance team responsible for developing and implementing a Data Governance framework and associated Data Quality monitoring and management. This full-time role offers a salary of £(phone number removed) and an excellent benefits package.
As a flexible Data Governance Manager, you will establish and maintain Data Ownership for critical Master data across all Data Domains and functions to ensure compliance with GDPR, audit requirements and internal audit requirements. You will ensure robust business processes and working relationships to maintain high-quality data in all areas, including HR & Care data.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in as Data Governance Manager:
Define and manage the long-term strategy and roadmaps for Data Management
Design and implement a data governance framework, focusing on the stakeholder needs, to support the quality and robustness of the data needed for business processes
Line-manage the Data Governance team, including permanent, contractor and virtual resources, to drive performance excellence
Provide expertise in developing new data sources, models, and reports from concept to business-as-usual and help resolve data integrity issues
You will need relevant experience in a similar role and expertise in Data Governance to apply for this Data Governance Manager position. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively guide teams and have excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills to foster a data-driven culture of quality.
In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £65,000 to £75,000.
