Job Description
CRS are currently assisting our hire industry client in sourcing a full time Business Development Advisor to join the current team at the depot in the Lanark area.
The Business Development Advisor will provide exceptional customer service and initially dealing with customer queries at the depot, working alongside the field-based team to ensure maximum efficiency, customer satisfaction and new business opportunities are identified.
Progressing to develop more business for the client and tapping on some great business opportunities for the depot.
The ability to identify growth and revenue opportunities is highly desired, converting incoming leads to new hire business customers. Cold calling experience in a similar role is highly desired.
The successful candidate will keep clients informed during all stages of the orders, monitoring all hire and sales to ensure the highest level of service standards are achieved.
Business Development Advisor requirements:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* A natural ability to communicate well with customers and clients at all levels.
* The ability to seek out and identify new opportunities and trends, whilst also having the skills to develop new business leads into actual hire or sales.
* Experience in selling and working within a sales team environment is highly desired, cold calling, business development.
* Experience within the Hire industry would be advantageous.
* Create reports, sales performance.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
