Job Description
An Architectural visualisation studio based in London is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
With a portfolio that includes high profile clients from the UK and overseas this studio delivers complete solutions for all aspects of visualisation, including CGI, interactive experiences and scale models to bring to life their client's visions in an engaging way.
The Business Development Manager will help grow their studio by taking ownership of all the UK new business leads. You will be working in an encouraging and supportive environment, and they offer hybrid working, profit share bonus and commission.
Responsibilities include:
Oversea and drive the studio's business development strategy
Proactively identify and develop new business sales and marketing opportunities to increase revenue
Strengthen the studio's profile via social media channels
Represent the studio in a professional and engaging manner at networking events
Have commercial awareness and share insights with the internal team
Manage connections through the CRM system ensuring completeness and accuracy of relevant opportunities Key skills required:
Prior experience in a similar Business Development Manager role within an architecture practice or the wider built environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copywriting skills
Meticulous attention to detail
