We are recruiting a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst for a specialised Strategic Planning and Analytics Office, and the role comes with a salary of £(phone number removed) + 18.5% Pension and 38 days holiday.
The Strategic Planning and Analytics Office provides a range of business intelligence and insight services to support evidence-driven decision-making, strategic planning, benchmarking, reporting, forecasting and analysis. The Analyst will provide high-quality analysis and insights using data visualisation tools across multiple data sources and systems.
Some of the primary responsibilities you will take on as Strategy & Planning Analyst include:
Supporting the delivery and interpretation of analytical insights across the customer lifecycle, with a particular focus on supporting the delivery of the business intelligence service
Liaising with stakeholders to gather and document reporting and insight requirements
Designing, delivering, and maintaining a suite of dashboards to support tactical and strategic information requirements, including supporting the design and procedural documentation
Developing accurate statistical and predictive models to support forecasting and trend analysis
To apply for this Strategy & Planning Analyst role, you will need postgraduate or relevant professional qualification in the area of Data Science or Analytics/Mathematical sciences /Information Management/Statistics, or similar equivalent experience. We are also looking for the following:
Significant experience delivering robust analysis, insight, and reporting
Experience delivering analysis, insight, and visualisations /dashboards using business intelligence tools (such as Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, etc)
Experience in the development of predictive/ statistical models, including the interpretation of outcomes
