Job Description
Are you able to plan and organise your own workload?
Have you experience in dealing with the public and able to treat people with empathy and understanding?
If so, this is a great time join a very busy team who offer crucial help and assessments in delivering the work of the Derbyshire Discretionary Fund and the Household Support Fund, a local Welfare assistant scheme.
This is an extremely busy role with a variety of tasks and a high volume of calls.
You will be fully trained in all aspects of the role and your duties will expand as you gain experience.
If you can ensure that the administrative process is accurate and maintained, you will need to demonstrate that you have at least 12 months IT skills and can pick up new IT systems quickly.
If you have any finance or national welfare benefit knowledge could be advantageous to this role, although not essential.

Minimum 6 months contract
Full time hours, 37 hours per week
Monday – Friday.
