Warehouse Operative's Required in Lichfield.
Pure Staff have a fantastic job opportunity for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client at their brand new, state of the art warehouse in Lichfield (Fradley Park). Our client are specialists in furniture distribution and are looking to add quality personnel to their already hard-working and welcoming team.
Your day-to-day duties will include order picking using scanners, wrapping pallets and loading / unloading deliveries of furniture. This is a fast paced and physical role so candidates will need to be physically ready to load and unload furniture and smaller home goods.
Hourly pay rate is £10.50 per hour and working hours are Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:30 or 14:00 – 22:30 (set shifts, no rotation).
This is an ongoing position leading to a permanent contract after 13 weeks for suitable candidates.
After 13 weeks you will receive an increased pay rate of £10.75 per hour.

The ideal candidate:
− Recent order picking experience
– Physically fit (happy to load and unload)
− A high attention to detail
− Good timekeeping and attendance is a must
− Experience working within a warehouse
– Available to start immediately
