Salary of £22,000
Variety of shifts available 6am – 2pm, 7am – 3pm and 12pm – 8pm, flexibility will be required
Working 5 out of 7 days, doing either Saturday OR Sunday each week

Working out of a large head office location in Leeds, call handlers will be responsible for:
Working within a fast-paced environment you will be taking a large number of calls on a daily basis
Responding to any queries or issues the cleaners may have, such as submitting their timesheets or booking holidays
Liaising with clients across different contract, resolving any issues such as missing staff
Updating the system
About you:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Understanding and patience to help resolve issues
Ability to work at a fast pace
Confident at speaking with people on the telephone
No call centre work experience required – training will be provided
