Job Description
Care Assistant
We are looking for people who are good working within a team and on their own. To help those that need it the most.
Our Care Home offers an intensive support residential placement for people who may be transitioning from children to adult services, people moving directly from secure care back into the community, or people suffering a placement breakdown.
Care Assistant Responsibilities
* Assisting vulnerable adults (Male and Female) with personal care tasks such as: bathing, dressing, toileting, medication and Mobility assistance.
* Full time long days and nights (also every other weekend is required)
Care Assistant Requirements:
* 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.
* You will need to be caring, kind, patient, reliable, honest and trustworthy.
* Willing to undertake Personal Care tasks including bathing and toileting.
* Able to follow our policies and procedures
* Hold a current or willing to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
* You must have the right to work in the UK
