Job Description
Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a small, friendly branch of this successful and progressive estate agency.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years sales negotiating / valuer experience, be very self motivated and will be experienced in valuing high end properties in the Bedfordshire area and surrounds.
Main Attributes:
Previous estate agency experience is essential.- Must have at least 5 years experience.
Valuation experience essential – valuing high end properties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in IT MS Word.
Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability.
Target Driven.
Must be familiar with the property market in the Herts, Beds, Bucks area.
Full UK driving licence is essential and must have your own transport.
Basic salary £27,000 pa – OTE £35,000 pa
