Job Description
Charge Nurse/Sister – Oncology Inpatients
Salary up to £52,000 plus £2,000 Welcome Bonus
Permanent – 37.5hrs p/w

An exciting opportunity has come up to work for an award-winning private hospital based in Central London. This state-of-the-art hospital specialises in a number of different treatments including general surgery, orthopaedics, oncology and haematology amongst others. Responsibilities for a Charge Nurse/Sister include:
Providing efficient and effective based nursing care to cancer patients
Maintain Oncology department clinical performance
Assist in performance reviews and hold interviews and be the decider of Staff Nurse and HCA recruitment
Strong organisation skills, assessing and implementing
To work as a Charge Nurse/Sister at this private hospital, you will have:
RGN
NMC
Relevant experience working in Oncology
Ability to give direction to staff and communicate strongly with team members, service users and external parties
