Job Description
I have a great opportunity for a Customer Executive to join a thriving international business based in Slough on a 6 month contract.
Key responsibilities
Monitoring Accounts to ensure that all claims are processed within specified timescales.
Liaising internally with all site locations
Liaising with Customers to obtain claim details
Ensure accurate settlement of Customer claims
Recovering costs from Insurers and / or third parties where applicable.
Generation and issuing of claims correspondence and reports
Skills required
Good organisational skills
Administration / Customer Service experience
Good working knowledge of Excel
Highly self-motivated
Team player with ability to remain focused on task
Ability to work under pressure
