Job Description
Our highly professional insurer specialist client within legal expenses are seeking a Claims Handler to join their amazing team! This is an unmissable opportunity to work with an award-winning insurance company based in Cheadle! This role is paying up to GBP27,000 per annum and offers hybrid working.
This role would suit experienced claims handler, fee earners (currently working for a firm of solicitors) or law graduates with additional relevant work experience who seeking a new challenge in legal expenses insurance.
About the role:
Assessing new and existing claims relating to Personal Injury
Responding to enquiries and updates relating to the claims
Managing and following up the progress of accepted claims through to conclusion
Liaising with external solicitors to efficiently manage claims costs
Communicate with policy holders and solicitors effectively and professionally
Deliver an excellent experience for customers

· Excellent communication and interpretation skills
· Experience working within the legal industry specifically within Personal Injury
· Excellent customer care skills
· Seeking a new challenge in legal expenses insurance
· Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· High attention to detail
· Able to work well as part of a team and using her own initiative
