Claims Handlers
Based in Tonbridge
£19,500 to £30,000
Our client who are a leading Insurance Management provider specialising within Insurance Claims are looking to recruit Claims Handlers within the following areas:
* Escape of Water
* Credit Hire
* Large Loss Motor
* Large Loss Home
* FNOL
* Recoveries
* FOS Complaint Handlers
* Fire & Theft
Hybrid working upon successful completion of probation period.
Job role:
* Managing your own claims portfolio within area of business
* Advising policy holders on general queries and insurance claims
* Requesting and gathering documents and information from customers
* Performing fraud checks and escalating any fraud alerts or suspicious circumstances to the counter fraud team
* Negotiating settlement of claims both verbally and written
Skills needed:
* Experience within a claim’s role is essential
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
* Cert CII or the desire to study towards
* PC literate
