Job Description

Are you available immediately to commence a 3 month placement with a leader in the manufacturing arena? Our high end client based in Morley require some temporary cover to assist with a project. You will be a confident communicator with good energy and be able to chat to customers on the phones to determine what they are looking for.

£26k Mon -Friday 37.5 hours

You will provide a professional, organised, and consistent approach in the handling of new order opportunities via telephone and email, whether through inbound enquiries.

Supporting the external sales team as the first point of contact for new business enquiries by qualifying opportunities and arranging meetings and follow up calls for the responsible member of the external team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responding to telephone calls and emails for new business enquiries in a professional, helpful, and timely manner.
Following up enquiries by telephone.
Identifying new customers and arranging appointments.
Logging of leads and sample requests on the database
Maintaining customer information
