Overview
Compass Associates is proud to be working with a leading provider leading the charge on complex care healthcare at home. Together we are looking for a Clinical Partnership Nurse to clinically and reputationally enhance a complex care service through relationship building with various stakeholders in a defined region.
Working closely with regional management the Clinical Partnership Nurse will drive business growth through the generation of client referrals, creating good relationships with all key stakeholders whilst ensuring commissioner satisfaction.
Working underneath the Director of Nursing the successful candidate will be working closely with the Nurse Case Managers, Care Co-ordinators, and Carers, to help focus on developing and delivering services.
Requirements
– Clinical Nursing qualification with a valid NMC pin is essential
– Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and key regional and national initiatives impacting on community care delivery
– Clinical or Nursing Management experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Patient focused and strong influencing skills
– Ability to work on autonomously under own initiative as well as in a team
– Ability to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines
Location
The Regional Lead Nurse post position is an office-based role that operates out of South London.
Work Pattern
Monday – Friday & 9:00am – 17:00pm. Flexibility to the needs of the business.
Interview Process
An informal telephone interview or MS Teams with the Director of Nursing followed by an interview on-site at the Office
