Job Description

CALLING ALL CANDIDATES WITH CNC MACHINING EXPERIENCE!

From CNC Operator / Setter, right through to those time served CNC Programmers out there, should you have some form of CNC Machining experience (from as little as 1 month to 60 years, nothing is too little nor too much), we would VERY much like to hear from you and strongly encourage you to apply to this role.

Essential Experience Required:

* Again, we're welcoming application from all, regardless of years experience. All we do ask is that you have CNC Machining experience of some description. Please do not apply if you do not, applications without will not be considered.

PAY: £14.29ph / £27,498 rising to £14.58ph / £28,060 after 12 weeks service

PAY INCREMENTS:

Within the salary banding on entry up to £17.21ph / £33,127 is achievable with time served at the corporation | What's worth knowing also, the banding above (Level 4) comes in at up to £19.33 / £37,206 . . . All possible by way of promotion.

BONUS:

There's also a 3% Site Bonus paid in lump sum and yearly worked off base salary | Furthermore, opportunity for additional financial gain through Site Engagement Bonuses such as Employee of the Week & Month (typically £250!)

OVERTIME:

Paid at X1.5 over 37 hours and X2 Sundays & Bank Holidays | NOTE – There is LOTS of overtime at present, most CNC Machinists onsite are earning between £35,000 – £50,000 with additional hours worked (all by choice however, you don't have to work overtime unless you wish to)

HOURS:

37-hour working week | Rotating Shift – 2 weeks on Early Shift (06:00 – 14:00, Fridays 06:00 – 11:00) and 2 weeks on Late Shift (14:00 – 22:00, Fridays 11:00 – 16:00) | Only 5 hours on a Friday!
