Job Description
CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter – Fanuc
Salary £35,000 – £40,000 Per Year, Plus Overtime & Benefits

We are a family run company that was established in 1985, providing high quality precision machined components for a diverse range of industries.
A successful candidate would have the opportunity to work for a fast-growing company, in a modern workshop environment and would need to be able to work effectively as a team member and have strong problem-solving skills.
We are currently looking for a CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter
Required Skills/Competencies: CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter
• Experience with Fanuc controls – On CNC lathes.
• Experience operating and programming multi-turret lathes would be a significant benefit
• Understanding of engineering drawings and working with tight tolerances.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• CAD/CAM experience with Esprit, EdgeCam is desirable.
• ISO (Apply online only) experience would be beneficial.
Responsibilities: CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter
• Producing high quality machined components.
• CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter – Programming, setting and operating CNC lathes.
• Completing small to large batch work plus prototypes.
• Work collaboratively as a team member to improve existing processes and quality control.
• Working with a variety of materials from plastics, aluminium and stainless steels.
Maintain production records to comply with ISO 9001:2015 and company procedure.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.
Working Hours: CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter
• 40 Hours per week
• 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday • Overtime available
• 23 days holidays per year (plus Bank Holidays)
