Job Description
WE ARE SEEKING EXPERIENCED CARE ASSISTANTS TO JOIN OUR COMPLEX CARE TEAM
Our care staff will be expected to provide person- centered care for an individual on a 1-2-1 basis in their home. We require our candidates to have experience in the following areas:
* Complex Care
* Supported Living Services
* Learning Disabilities
* Personal Care
Duties Include:
* To provide assistance with daily tasks around the home
* Preparation of meals in accordance with care plan
* To provide companionship and support
* Positive engagement in conversation
* To support where needed with personal and hygiene care, including application of creams and supporting in mobility exercises
* To report and keep daily records in clients’ home file
* Escorting to activities or walks and outside activities, – shopping etc and promote these
* Assisting with daily activities
