Job Description

Due to my clients organic growth, my client are now looking for a Contracts Manager.

The main purpose of this role

Demonstrate by example a Safety and Quality approach that is without compromise. 
Support Project Managers and teams to maximise my clients potential in the EVCP (electric vehicle charge pooint) market.
Deliver business targets within market sector.
Deputise for Operations Director and Project Managers as appropriate
Contribute and support the growth of the my clients business
Key accountabilities

Ensure accurate reporting and maximisation of business growth and profits
Responsible for implementation and management of sound commercial practices and procedures
Responsible for client liaising regarding planning of works with the relevant Project teams
Carry out regular monthly/quarterly formal business meetings.
Carry out monthly reviews with commercial and operational teams
Responsible for ensuring that all commercial and management reports are completed to the necessary timetable
Responsible for VST accreditations compliance i.e. BS7671, HERS, NICEIC, HEA and Sector scheme requirements
To assist in business development requirements in relation to VST specific quality submissions.
To ensure that the quality of works meets the Customer Standards and requirements.
To assist with in emergency situations as required by the company/contract procedures and obligations
Confidentiality and security of documents and equipment 
Skills & experience

Management Experience.
Understanding of cost and value
Understanding of programming
Relevant City and Guilds electrical certification
5 years’ experience in the electrical industry
Computer literacy
Ability to use initiative, confident
Discretion and confidentiality
Good standard of English
