Our client, a Fit-out Contractor, based in Redditch, are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Contracts Manager will be working on a range of fit-out projects across the UK focusing primarily in the commercial sector on high-end works. They have ambitious growth plans and are looking for someone to support with this. The position is based from the Redditch office with travel across the UK as required. The Contracts Manager will be managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience working as a Contracts Manager in the fit-out sector. The candidate will need to be based within commuting distance of Redditch, hold a full driving licence and will be seeking a long term role.
