Job Description
Contrcats Manager required for new long term construction framework in Cumbria.
As Contracts Manager you will be required to oversee a construcion team focusing on multiple projects with one key client. The framework will deliver over £100m of buildings and refurbishment of existing buildings projects over the next 15 years.
You will have strong experience working in highly regulated industries such as Nuclear, be happy working with strict processes and be comfortable liasing with multiple key stakeholders.

Design Management
planning & programme management
Progress reporting
Contract Dispute/Resolution
Project Management
Health & Safety
Commercial Awareness
Technical Knowledge
This role will be based in dual locations in Cumbria & Lancashire/Greater Manchester, so the succesful candidate will be able to travel between both locations.
Any previous experience of working within the Nuclear/Defence or infrastructure environment within the construction sector would be an advantage,
Ideally you will be degree qualified, in commercial or construction project management, hold IOSH health & safety qualifications, and be chartered, either with the CIOB or RICS.
