Job Description
My client, a well-established multi-disciplined law Firm covering nationally are looking for an outstanding candidate to be Legal Manager for their large Residential Conveyancing department.
This role will involve encouraging, mentoring, and developing a team of around 50 conveyancing staff ranging from Assistants to senior fee earners, covering multiple offices nationally.
Working with the firm’s senior directors to ensure adherence to regulatory, client care, performance criteria and SRA regulations and guaranteeing appropriate processes, systems and compliance are in place and in operation across all offices in Residential Conveyancing to achieve regulatory compliance in client and file management.
Conducting regular 1‐2‐1s with Heads of Conveyancing at each office, ensuring any issues concerning compliance and quality are addressed and improved upon.
Fundamentally your role is to manage and professionally develop the Residential Property clients and teams and for the business as a whole.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to hold extensive Residential Conveyancing experience and knowledge, this role doesn’t involve handling a caseload but will involve supporting the team with technical queries where necessary and help them to achieve and exceed client’s expectations. You must be qualified solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer or qualified through experience.
This role can be remote but will involve occasional commuting to individual offices (expenses paid), Salary on offer for this role ranges from £50k-£60k and is dependent on experience level, this firm offers fully flexible hybrid home working model.
