Job Description

Customer Service Administrator

An exciting position has become available for a full -time Customer Service Administrator based in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will earn £19,500 per annum plus bonus OTE £22,000.

Ideally you will be a team player with a proven practical knowledge of working within a small busy office, supported by effective telephone communication skills.

You will work 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal.
Have an eye for attention to detail and accuracy.
IT literate in particular excel, word and outlook.
Can work in a target driven environment.
Can thrive in a busy work place, with a "can do" attitude.
Must be able to follow processes
A real Customer care attitude.
What will your role as a Customer Service Administrator look like?

You will be carrying out many tasks such as:

making compliance calls.
Processing insurance applications.
Processing claims.
Calling clients advising them of their renewal premiums.
Liaising with dealers ensuring they receive first class service and they are following the training and compliance guidelines.
