Job Description
Customer Service Advisor (HOME WORKING)
*WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICANTS THAT LIVE IN BIRMINGHAM / DUDLEY*
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: £9.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Hours of Work: Full time hours, Flexible Monday to Friday between 8am – 6pm
Must have fast working Wi-Fi
Equipment will be provided
The successful Customer Service Agent should possess the following skills and experience:
Effective listening skills
Adept at multi-tasking while listening to calls
A focused and keen attitude to work and colleagues
Excellent communication skills
Driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets
PC literate
Passionate and eager for a new challenge
