Job Description
Customer Service Advisor
Location: Salford
Salary: 21.5k
Hours: Shift pattern between 8am-6pm
Contract: Permanent vacancy
***fully office based***
Job Spec:
Handling inbound telephone calls from customers in relation to the business's service.
Actioning any commercial and domestic enquiries in line with company SLA's when necessary.
Managing online portal access and maintaining accurate records on the database, dealing with day-to-day administrative tasks including providing information and reports to management.
Issuing letters and emails on behalf of the business, issuing and updating customer contracts keeping the database in order.
Maintaining strong business relationships with clients.
Person Spec:
Previous customer service experience necessary.
Must have strong communication skills both written and oral.
Evaluates alternative solutions.
Flexible and professional approach.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to adapt as priorities/demands change and initiate action.Company benefits:
