Job Description

Gi Group are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our client based in Armthorpe, Doncaster on a permanent basis.

If you love delivering exceptional customer service and thrive when working in a fast paced environment then this may be the perfect role for you! Previous experience in a similar role would be adventurous however is not essential as full training will be provided.

AVAILABLE SHIFT PATTERNS:
4 on 4 off: 5pm-11pm

RATE OF PAY:
£10.12 plus £1 premium at the weekend.
Rising to £10.79 after a 6 months successful probation period.
Performance bonus of up to 6% per year.

DUTIES:
– Answering inbound calls and online queries.
– Speaking to customers in a polite, courteous manner.
– Providing great customer service by listening to customers and helping to resolve their queries.
– Work on various computer systems, logging calls and liaising with other teams across the company as and when required.
– Work to achieve set KPI targets.
– Engaging with customers and colleagues with professionalism at all times.

There are no sales targets within this post; you will purely be measured on the service you provide to customers.
