Job Description
Paying up to £30,000, hybrid working 2/3 days split or full time office based which ever is preferred,
34 days annual leave, life insurance 4x salary, bupa healthcare, excellent pension contributions, progression opportunities.
Full time, part-time option will be considered however you must still commit to full time hours during the training period (6 weeks)
Basingstoke based
6 weeks full training provided, Monday – Friday core hours.
Duties:
Inbound customer service within the banking industry
Live webchat
Advising on financial products customers are enquiring about
Provide technical support to customers using the banking website
Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs
Managing calls in line with agreed service levels
Manage live web chat conversations
Providing the right solutions for customers
Consistent achievement of agreed quality auditing
Attend training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance
Suggest areas for improvements which could result in an enhanced customer experienceThe perfect candidate will have a background working within a fast paced call and contact centre environment
