No previous accountancy experience required. Recruiting based on personality, education and attitude
Customer Service Advisor duties:
Resolve contractor relationships issues and complaints quickly, ensuring a high level of customer service
Resolving issues over email and telephone
Dealing with complex and numerical information
Checking and updating accounts
Skills for a Customer Service Advisor role:
We would like to hear from you if you have any of the following experience: Customer Service Avisor, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Assistant, Technical Advisor, case handler or similar
Well educated. Degree preferred but not essential
Strong Customer Service experience
Looking for career progression
