About the Job

Relationships mean everything to us, and this one is particularly special. Based in our Annesley office you’ll have an important part to play as a Customer Service Advisor for NHS Supply Chain. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our customers, logging delivery queries and resolving issues.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

Use a call management system to accurately log internal and external enquiries.
Ensure that all enquiries and problems are answered promptly, investigated and resolved, within the Customer Service guidelines
Make decisions on and process customer requests for direct issues of stock, urgent orders by liaising with all associated departments and external partners.
Develop relationships with a dedicated portfolio of NHS Trusts.
Liaise with customers and manage return requests, making decisions on the timescale, value and suitability, all within Customer Service guidelines.
Investigate missing orders in line with our standard operating procedures (SOP)
Advise customers of suitable alternative products and place orders where necessary on their behalf.
Support with ad-hoc activities that fall within Customer Services remit.

Location: Nottingham NHS
Contract type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working to a team rota between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £21,154.00 per annum rising incrementally to £24, 212.00 on successful completion of annual performance development.
