Pertemps are proud to be recruiting for a service focused Customer Service Advisor for one of our award-winning priority clients for their office in the south side of Glasgow who are a household name.
As Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you will have a rare and exciting opportunity to join a company that will provide a career and not just a job as my client always promotes form within and the reason for this role becoming available is due to company growth.
This is a full time and permanent position working business hours.
You have the flexibility to choose when you commence your shift so you can choose times of working form 8am-4.30pm, 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm.
Your role as Customer Service Advisor will be to provide first class service to customer and which will see you earn an extra up to 1K per month bonus on top of your wages. Main duties of the role will be to handle incoming calls form customers looking to place an order. No cold calling involved.
Duties:
Develop the relationships with existing clients
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Achieve individual and team KPI’s
Ensure that all Dealer and Stockist accounts are contacted when diarised
Assist with the production of customer reports
To project a positive professional image of the company at all times
Delivering service excellence
Processing orders onto internal systems
Upselling added services and products
Maintain accurate records of all existing and potential customers
To follow all safe working practice guidelines and keep own area of work clean and tidy
To carry out any other duties when required
Ideal Candidate:
Must have a proven track record in a customer service or sales focused role
Polite and professional phone manner
Worked in an environment where KPI’s were adhered too
MS Office competent
Self-starter with a can-do attitude
Positive minded with excellent rapport building skills
Tenacious and driven
