Job Description
This role is office based in Corby Northamptonshire and working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30

The overall purpose of the role
As a customer services agent, your overall purpose is to support clients’ relationships with our customers. Your day-to-day role will involve selling our products, order processing, sales support, problem solving, and managing customer complaints whilst proactively keeping our customer up to date.
Responsibilities
* Process orders acting as an advisory to our customers, including upselling, and cross-selling appropriate to customer needs
* Operate as the main point of contact with customers
* Progress the order through our order management system giving clear updates to the customer
* Manage client orders from end to end, ensuring all orders are on track and ready for production
* Acting as a point of contact for the Ultima brand, ensure you remain professional at all times
* Makes sure customers receive requested quotes, product information, and solutions in-line with department KPIs
* Work with the Customer Services Manager and Sales Director to highlight challenges and any suggested improvements
* Ensure SLAs are met for each customer
* Manage and resolve RMA’s (returns, credits, complains) to the agreed time frame
* Ensure finance queries are raised and resolved where appropriate for your role

* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office with good understanding of Order Management systems

* Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
* A flexible, positive, and resilient individual with a can-do attitude
