Job Description
First is looking for people to join in our busy environment at the office in Southampton!
The interest towards our highly efficient products is growing rapidly and our order book keeps growing bigger and bigger! Therefore we need more people to join our company, so we can continue expanding as a buissines, but mostly to do so while keeping our customers happy and our service up to high standards!
The customer service position we have available is office based and it is as part of a small team of dedicated people, who look after our existing customers!
The role as part of the team is to provide high-quality service to our customers over the phone, and help them with any inquiries and questions they have! Provide them with the right information, regarding the products we offer and explain any offers or promotions available for them!
The position is suitable for people, who are looking for both full-time and part-time.
We provide full training, so previous experience in customer service is not essential!
