Job Description
Job title: Customer Service Coordinator / 1st Line Support
Location: Farnborough
Contract length: 6 months (with the possibility of temp-perm)
Pay rate: £13 per hour
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of a well established organisation on a 6 month temp contract.
The main purpose of this role will be to act as a first line of contact and support to customers on a daily basis and work with the relationship manager to ensure KPI's/SLA's are met. Some of the other duties will include but are not limited to:
Administrative ownership over a set of customer accounts, ensuring customer data is kept live and accurate
Receiving customer fault calls (email or phone), scheduling and dispatching the engineer within the contractual requirement to these
Customer feedback – Contacting customers to get update on how we are doing and logging this feedback within the customer feedback tool
Completion of daily administration duties as required
Ensuring required purchase orders are received for all reactive works and invoiced accordingly
Ensuring all engineers paperwork has been received into the office, is completed correctly and is billed as required
Raise and issue maintenance invoices to customers
Work with the wider business team to ensure the contracts are delivered correctly
Ordering of parts as required to support preventative and reactive maintenance works
Scheduling, allocating and raising of purchase orders for subcontractors and 3rd parties
Booking of engineers holiday within the planning tool
Booking of engineers sick within the planning tool
Requirements for this position:
Essential
Have a customer focussed approach to work
Customer Service experience
