Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Sunday 10am – 4pm (Work from home) & Monday – Thursday 10am – 6pm

COMPANY PROFILE
 
An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced customer service professional to join a growing and successful business in the heart of Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate will work as part of a thriving customer service team and be responsible for making and receiving calls to customers regarding their orders and updating their accounts.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
 
– Previous customer service experience
– Confident and precise telephone manner
– Ability to work well in a pressurised environment
– Ability to build long lasting relationships with existing and new clients
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
– Responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding their orders
– Updating customer accounts via the CRM System
– Receiving calls from customers, and processing their orders
– Upselling new products to existing customers
– Prepare credit note report
– Processing orders accurately
– Handling calls for deliveries
