Job Description
We are looking for contact centre advisors to join the team in Rotherham, offering support on 111 Calls.
There are a variety of shift patterns available on a Part Time and Full Time basis.
The role is office based.
The main duties include:
* To ensure every patient contact is conducted appropriately
*To liase between caller and third party in critical situations.
* To deliver high quality, safe and clinically effective health care over the phone.
* You will provide assessment, basic advice and health information to patients calling 111, supporting them to access appropriate levels of care.
To be considered for this role:-
* Remain calm under pressure
*Great communication skills
* Complete an Enhanced DBS
* Pass an online assessment.
