Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their award winning team. You will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective customer service to both new and existing customers. This will be a phone based role so excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative
Deliver efficient and effective customer service to new and existing customers
Responding to any customer enquiries
Ensure a high customer service in a timely and effective manner
1st point of contact for customers
Promote products and servicesKey Experience for the Customer Service Representative
Recent experience of working in a Customer Service role, handling customer calls and correspondence and working to deadlines.
Confident with taking ownership and have a flexible approach to change.
Systems training will be given, but previous experience using computer systems effectively is essential.
