Due to planned and sustained a growth a residential developer with strong financial backing are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The client is currently delivering traditional build houses ranging from 2-5 bedrooms across the East Midlands area, with the current focus of work is on high quality developments in good locations rather than volume phased developments.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the commercial management of a number of sites running concurrently.
This opportunity would suit an individual with a stable employment history with residential developers who is either a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step or a current Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a long term opportunity with a well-respected business.
On offer for this Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity is a £ Negotiable basic salary, car/car allowance, bonus scheme a comprehensive benefits package including flexible working.
